recently an irish woman won the euro lottery - she scooped a record £72000000, and when she received a cheque for the money her solicitor made a statement saying that she was now looking forward to getting back to normal. Thing is though, with that kind of money, will life really ever be normal again? We all dream of the fortunes, often it's fun to sit and speculate as to what we'd do if we won that kind of money, who we would help out, what we'd buy, where we'd live ... etc, but would you really want to win that much? is there such thing as too much money?
It's a question that I've often pondered on. What would I do with it? once I have done all that I had wanted to do, what would I do then. I really have no idea. You'd have alot of klingongs on your tale that's for certain, I wouldn't want that. People would think of you or dub you in a certain way because of the money you have, I don't think I'd like that part of it being honest.
I think one of the biggest enjoyments we have is to achieve something, realize our goals and our dreams through our inginuity, hard work and a little bit of luck. I think it provides us with goals and purpose often and definitely keeps us on track. Once you all of a sudden have all the money you could dream off without really working to get there I think it inavitably changes how you view life and view yourself and it's a hard change to cope with. There was a guy in West Virginia who won a gigantic lottery jackpot in 1998 or 1999 his grand daughter was just found dead (killed or drug overdozed) recently, her friend died too of drugs, the guy's house has been broken in almost daily and he's an alcohlolic and is also rumourred to be into drugs. I think it takes a very strong character to deal with such a drastic change without just going crazy. Of course this seems like every person's dream come true on the surface but in reality it may not be so. Additionally the lottery requirements are that the person's identity be made public and you can kiss your private life good bye at that point, everone will be wanting money from you legally or illegaly, for whatever means they see jjustified. I'm not even sure if I would like to win one of these big things, I thik winning smaller amounts would be better, after all all I really eed to win would be 600000 dollars to a million, that would be enough money to buy a nice house, nice car, may be employ a driver, take a very lavish trip and may be a year or two of work and have some money left for savings, returning to your new home and continue your life, not having to worry so much about ever running out but also not being crazy because you just don't know what to do with all the cash you received.

I think that a lot of money like tha tmakes a lot of people greddy, so in that caes that is too much money. If I were to win teh lotteryI would do what I had to do, and then give a whole bunch of it to different charities. Money goes to people's heads. It's almost like they are consumed by it
The family in question are a bunch of Gadgies Glasgow slang for criminals and gangsters charming eh?..When I think of how that money could have changed and enhanced so many lives, the fact that it went to a bunch of low lifes disgusts me...
